ABOUT KIWI DISCOVERY
Carol and Vance Boyd purchased Value Tours Queenstown back in 1987 and introduced Kiwi Discovery, the one organisation that can co-ordinate all aspects of your winter holiday. Carol and Vance have been instrumental in developing new products and services throughout the years and have considerable tourism interests based in Queenstown.
Our staff are fun-loving, ski and boarding fanatics who join us each winter to work in our busy downtown shop, equipment rental department or as ski transport drivers. The majority of our staff work in the northern hemisphere winters, therefore are permanent winter workers with extensive knowledge of their chosen fields. Our Milford, Tracks and Frontline staff are passionate about what they do and genuinely love sharing the magnificent scenery, activities we offer and their wealth of knowledge with our customers. One of our philosophies is that people should truly enjoy their work, otherwise they are probably in the wrong business.
We have high expectations and endeavour to provide the best service at the best price while protecting the amazing resources we rely on and are lucky enough to be able to share. Our staff are committed to helping us achieve this.

SKILINK SKI TRANSPORT DRIVERS
SkiLink mountain drivers have many years experience in Queenstown with many choosing to work in the USA during the northern hemisphere winter. They have extensive knowledge of local mountain roads, many hours driving experience in winter conditions and are recognised as some of the most experienced ski coach drivers available. Returning every winter, these guys and gals are in it for the fun and for the chance to meet other winter buffs.

FRONTLINE SALES
Our busy downtown shop, at 37 Camp Street in the heart of Queenstown, is home for a dozen young, friendly shop staff who help co-ordinate your winter holiday. Whether it’s to book your SkiLink coach, advise on local snow conditions, book other popular Queenstown activities, organise your equipment rental, recommend the local eating establishments, or just to make your holiday plans easier -- these are the guys and gals to help you.
Working from before dawn until after dusk, this team is essential to making your holiday run smoothly and to offering that all important “local” knowledge.
EQUIPMENT RENTAL & HIRE
Affectionately known as the “The Cave," our ski equipment and clothing rental is one of the best stocked rental shops in Queenstown. With experience in Europe and the USA, these are the guys who know all the “ins and outs” of the hardware we stock.
QUEENSTOWN AIRPORT TRANSFERS
Being met at the Airport is often your first contact with Kiwi Discovery and we are well aware that first impressions count. This small team led by Carol Boyd herself, are chosen for their friendly way of making that first contact with our clients memorable.
